At Ultimate Plumbing, we believe in keeping things simple, honest, and transparent. We want our customers across Volusia & Flagler County to know exactly what to expect when they call us for service. No fine print — just clear communication, and quality plumbing work every time.

Pricing & Labor Policy

Our goal is to provide fair, upfront pricing with reasonable time frames over the phone before any work begins. Plumbing is in our blood, we’re darn good at plumbing, and pretty good at gauging the duration of a plumbing repair because we have done too many to count, and we know the realistic range from best

to worst case scenario when it comes to how long the job should take. 

And if we don’t get it done in the worst-case scenario time frame provided? You have our guarantee that you will not be charged a penny more than the time frame given, scout’s honor.

Our Fees

One on-site technician is $180.00 for the 1st hour (1 hour minimum), $75.00 for any additional 30 Minutes, plus the cost of materials. 

The 2-technician rate is $340.00 for the 1st hour (1 hour minimum), $150.00 for each additional 30 minutes, plus the cost of materials.

Due to the resources involved and overhead cost, please be advised that there is a minimum charge of $180.00 for an on-site service call, even if the task is quickly resolved. We are and will always be upfront and transparent with our price and will happily answer any questions you may have. 

Additional Fees will apply to roof top unclogging via vent access / pulling and resetting of toilets if roof access is not available due to being a condo or 2nd story home. 

(Our flat rate rooftop unclogging price is $350.00 (during normal business hours from 8am-6pm Monday-Friday) this also includes scoping of the sewer line with a sewer camera at no additional cost . To remove and reset the toilet is an additional $125 on top of our normal rate if roof top access is not possible.) 

After-hour rates: Although we do not offer 24-hour service, in rare cases we may still be able to help if there is a technician available to take the service call. Anything after our normal business hours of 8am-6pm is considered “after-hours”. In this case the after-hours rate is $340.00 for the 1st hour (1 hour minimum) $150.00 for each additional 30 minutes plus cost of materials.

Flat Rate Pricing: Water heater installation, roof top unclogging (no bid needed), sewer line repiping, water line repiping and remodeling is billed at a flat rate and will be presented to you via a bid for approval. (We offer free estimates for these services and do not charge for sewer line repiping, water line repiping, remodel or water heater replacement bids.)

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements are made.

We accept major credit cards, cash, and local checks.

Please be advised that a 2.6% to 3% charge is added to any credit card or debit card payments.

For larger jobs, a deposit may be required to reserve materials or schedule work.

Liability & Responsibility

We stand behind our work — most repairs and installations come with a parts and labor warranty. Warranty terms vary by product or manufacturer, and we’ll explain your coverage before installation.

Customer-supplied parts are not covered under our labor warranty as we cannot guarantee the quality of items provided. 

(This does not include customer supplied appliances such as a dishwasher purchased from a reputable source.)

We are fully licensed and insured in the State of Florida for your peace of mind.

Our plumbers take great care in every home we enter. However, Ultimate Plumbing is not responsible for:

Damage caused by materials or products not provided by us.

Delays caused by unforeseen site conditions or third-party contractors.

Pre-existing plumbing issues or defects unrelated to our work, such as when we must shut the water off to the home to make a repair and when we go to turn the water back on there is a break or leak in an unrelated area. (There are higher chances of this scenario happening if you have CPVC in your home.)

Causes of CPVC failure

• Age and heat: After about 10 years, CPVC can become brittle and more prone to cracking. High temperatures and UV radiation,  especially those exposed in attics , garages and outdoors accelerate this process.
• Improper installation:
  • Overtightened fittings: Threaded adapters can crack if overtightened.
  • Incorrect solvent cement: Using the wrong type of solvent cement or incorrect installation techniques can lead to failure.
• Stress: A combination of factors, including  mechanical stress from installation and environmental stress, can exceed the pipe's strength.
• Water quality: Even low levels of chlorine in potable water supplies can contribute to environmental stress cracking over time, especially in conjunction with other factors.
